•Property Procurement :

•Coordinate with Board of Directors, Corporate Projects, Finance and Legal Departments.
•Research and compile study report on Location/Property feasibility
•Point of contact with Government Developers, external landlords, real estate agents and various Government authorities like Dewa, Sewa, RTA, Emicool, Empower.
•Negotiate on legal contracts/agreements
•Complete the procrement process upto registration of Title Deed from the Dubai Land Department

Successful Procurements and Work in Progress :

•In 2012, Finalized a Commercial plot size of 68, 000 sqft at TECOM for constructing a G+29 Landmark Corporate Tower. Building in operation since July 2016 with 4000 staff.
•In 2013, Finalized a Commercial warehouse Plot size of 3.4 million sqft to construct a new warehouse facility at Logistics City, Dubai World Central. Now, Four buildings ready and currently operational.
•In 2015, Finalized a new commercial plot size of 4 million sqft in JAFZA Freezone. WIP.
•New Plots/Hotels under negotiation for Citymax Hotels. In 2015, purchased a plot at Business Bay to construct a new 4 star Citymax Hotel. WIP.


•Property and Facilities Management :
