• Responsible for the HR function within Hamilton Aquatics across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Qatar;
• Management of the talent management process, including implementing a Succession planning, Coaching and Mentoring programme;
• Provide advice and assist with the integration of the HR function with the ERP system.

On Boarding:
• Overlook the on-boarding process and advise the HR Team of local trade license and visa rules.
• Ensure new employees are properly inducted and given the necessary support from HR, Line Managers and peers.
