MY WORKING EXPERIENCE:
PRESENT Working Experiences
* Now I am working as a Mechanical Engineer of ALSTOM Combine
cycle Power project under Ceylon Electricity Board since November 2001 up to date.165 MW CCPP Kelanitissa.
I Have done all the site modifications of equipments as well as piping which belongs to the power plant. I have Experience on Plant Erection, Commissioning and Erection conformity files and hand over document preparing.
Specially, Steam turbines LP/HP, Condenser, steam Gland Condenser, Feed water Pumps, Circulation pumps, Pre heater pumps, Feed water tank, Deaerator, LP/HP Drums installing.
I have carried out All piping Erection and site modification as well.
Attend for the Steam Blowing and operation of the Boiler and the steam Turbines.
PAST Working Experiences
* I started my career at Multi National Organization ( TRELLERBORG
Swiss Company ) 1998 January to 1999 November in the Capacity of Assistant Engineer. This company was awarded ISO 9002 and it is concerned in the Manufacturing of Solid Tires for the global Market.
* Thereafter I joined C G V Antony Company, in the Capacity of
Marine and General Engineer, from November 1999 to November 2000.
Mainly involved in Ship Repairs & maintenance, Colombo DOCKYARD.
* I have joined Rubber Products Manufacturing Company from November 2000 to May 2001 as a Maintenance and Production Engineer.
Engineer at the Engineering Construction Organization. Company has engaged with following services and constructions.
· Air Conditioning, Ventilation, Heating & Refrigeration
· M&E works
· Energy Management
ACADAMIC QUALIFICATIONS: (1) Degree : Mechanical Engineering at Moratuwa University. 1998. (2) Degree : B.Sc. –Physical Science at the Open University. 1998. (3) Certificate : Production Management at Textiles Training & Service Centre Rathmalana.
