• Develops clear and effective written proposals for International Employers / Companies for recruiting manpower from Pakistan.
• Personal visiting overseas companies with marketing manager to contracting with companies by signing Contract letters, Power of Attorneys, Demands letters, deciding terms and conditions for employees, salary package overtimes, holidays etc as per U.A.E labour Laws.
• To Assist Manager by arranging overseas delegation’s warm welcome, receiving from Airport, Hotel reservation, hiring private cars etc.
• Making Schedules for conducting interviews in hotels and in different Technical and trade test centers to complete recruitment process.
• To advertise demand on news papers, social media and other mediums, like Training institutes and skills centers for best selection.
• Keeping record of selected candidates, collecting their documents for completing visa processing with overseas companies.
• Arrange protector for successfully selected candidates.
• Arrange travel plans for candidates.
• Follow up with candidates, and facilitate them after hiring.
