a) Prepares Quality Audit tool based from the Hospital-wide Policies and procedures, guidelines and pathways
b) Participate in Audit process and tracer methodology (Clinical or administrative area) to review the clinical systems and procedures and determine its effectiveness. This will also monitor the functioning of the clinic and find defects and inefficiencies within the system.
c) Submit reports and recommendations to the top management and pertaining committees
d) Extract data(s) from different Indicators, pathways, medical records and incident reports. Such data(s) will be analyzed and be reported monthly, quarterly and annually as part of the quality reports to the top management and respective committees. Reports will document information about reported deficiencies or indicators; data analysis, statistics and interpretation of processes/outcomes; trends and applicable recommendations for addressing identified quality improvement issues
e) Develops and reviews Hospital-wide Policies and Procedures
f) Act on the hospital self-assessment team that will regularly assess the organization’s compliance with pertaining accreditation standards
a) Allocate budget in each department (men, ladies, children’s wear kitchen wares, plastic wares, appliances, footwear)
b) Reviews and approves purchase order placement of purchasing assistants and buyers for accuracy and optimum delivery and pricing
c) Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy
d) Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
e) Meets with vendors to negotiate improved pricing, product quality, and delivery
f) Negotiating and supervising supply contracts and formulating policies with suppliers
g) Participate in the development of specifications for services, equipments, products, supplies or substitute materials.
h) Attends internal product development meetings to identify new product demands, schedules, and procurement needs. Forecasts requirements and orders products to meet sales demands.
i) Review, evaluate, and approve specifications for issuing and awarding bids to suppliers.
j) Assign costs and selling price of all the items
k) Allocate stocks for 65 stores based on the store orders
l) Conducts meetings, prepares and presents reports, and provides information to identify purchasing requirements, establish business plans and performance objectives, and report performance against plan and business objectives.
m) Coordinates with the store managers for the saleable or non-saleable items and for mark down or pull out items
