Perform, Assist and execute the secondary controls processes - Employment Verification, Continued Business Need and Privilege Revalidation for each of the accounts 100% within timelines as per the agreed policy / contract requirements.
Identify and work with the respective account owners to eliminate all the Orphan records before the revalidations are kicked off.
Generate provisioning requests for modification or removal of user IDs and/ or privileges and ensure corrective actions are taken within policy timelines.
Perform privilege authorization review as per policy accurately and in timely manner.
Retain audit artifacts of privileged user ID approvals, verifications and revalidations for two years .Perform activities related to service activation and deactivation (SA&D) process.
Perform and execute shared ID re- justification accurately and in timely manner
Create and maintain a centralized inventory of ID ownership accurately
Respond to audit requests as required with accurate data in timely manner
Provide efficiency improvements through process change and automation improvement required skills.
Requirement Gathering from the client.
Providing solutions to the Change Requests (Functional Specification), which includes analysis of Business Requests.
Providing/Approving tests cases and performing Pre-Prod testing
Involved in L2 & L3 tickets resolution
Preparation of Documentation.
Worked with down-payment functionality from sales orders to cash receipt
Involved in weekly status meetings with the team for open issues and review meeting with Project Manager.
