Arranging shipment through Road, Sea & Air depending on urgency and instructions from buyers, merchandisers and project teams. Negotiate rates with carriers ensuring that you secure the best possible rates. Forwarding best rates quotation for approval to higher management. Providing documentary instructions to suppliers and supervision companies along with approving draft shipping documents as per loaded. Following up with forwarders and warehouse staffs to ensure shipment boarded and reached to its destination on time. Forwarding the required documents and charges to account dept.
Evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and choose products considering price, quality, availability, reliability, and technical support. After the Purchase order is issued or received track shipments to ensure they arrive on time and supervise warehouse for proper storage and distribution.
To assist customers with all their photography needs & introduce them to the new photography products..
Greeting the customers entering to the store, assist them with their needs, scanning the items they purchased and take the payment in term of cash/ debit card or credit card.
