• Manage various Oil and Gas companies’ relations with INL - Contract performance relations with (SPDC/SNEPCo, FMC technologies, Cameron Offshore systems Nig., NPDC, DeltaAfrik, DBN, GE/ Pressure Control system Nig ltd, etc.
• Gather, analyze and follow up sales and marketing information in the Oil and Gas industry
• Participate in contract negotiation, documentation and execution
• Follow clients’ operational trends to forecast business needs and future opportunities for business
• Project INL interests in commercial issues with clients, subsidiaries and JV companies.
• Update clients’ profiles in the company’s database (ERP Experience)-business leads, plans, strategies and future projections,
• Prepare proposals for new businesses and conduct facilities tours with clients
• Represent INL at Oil and Gas conferences and various functions
• Respond to issues of concerns with clients -Day to day issues on Oil & gas cargo logistics, facilities, purchase orders, credit control issues, invoices, material procurement, etc.
• Liaise with procurement unit in tender evaluation processes- Pricing, technical and commercial specifications. Follow up procurement requests from source to delivery.
• Liaise with other internal systems on related commercial issues to ensure conformity with approved company procedures and standards
• Identify prospective clients, prepare bid documents and follow-up
• Coordinate training courses on reservoir development software application
• Negotiate and close out commercial contracts on support services to clients e.g. Data QC & interpretation, Field reviews, reservoir evaluation,
• Maintain and update database records on contract status and key accounts
