2.Prepare detailed measurement for structural, architectural and MEP works.
3.Prepare cost comparison of subcontractors and suppliers quotation.
4.Derive unit cost based on the current material, labor and equipment cost.
1 Issued bid documents / plans to bidders. Accept bids/tenders and responsible for the tabulation, analysis and evaluation of tenders, both technical and commercial.
2 Receive tender queries from bidders and issue tender clarification and addenda from consultants and designer to bidders.
3 Prepare Bills of Quantities using CESMM3 for tender and contract packages.
4 Prepare construction contracts documentation based on FIDICS guidelines.
5 Prepare payment certificates and variation orders.
6 Report and coordinate to Cost Manager and Commercial Manager.

2. Check and finalizes quantity take-off, subject for joint estimates and final approval by MIESCOR ( DOTC Consultant ) as a basis for progress billing.
3. Prepares PERT CPM, Bar Chart, S-Curves, Progress Billing, Progress Accomplishment and Status Reports;
4. Derives unit cost based on the current Material Cost, Labor Cost and Equipment Rental / Cost and conducts Feasibility Studies;
5. Evaluates subcontractors, suppliers, quotations Bids and offers for recommendation; and
6. Reviews contract documents and estimates Prepares Project Budget and Cash Flow Projection, Construction Methodology and Control System Design.
