• Develop relationship with recruitment agencies and to ensure the recruitment department understands the company job vacancies to supply potential application.
• Coordinate and work with other department and companies to understand their recruitment needs to meet the requirements and deadlines.
• Applies skills and experience in processing the recruitment activities and transaction, detailed knowledge of hired applicant status in recruitment for updating and reporting.
• Prepare Recruitment report in response to recruitment manpower vacancies of the company and inquiry for the status of selected applicants.
• May review complicated work recruitment inquiry, salary information/negotiation, company information and make corrective action.
• Provide daily supervision and assistance with the staff to perform well their duties.
• Prepare combine reports from individual reports of subordinates.
• Train new employee, assign duties, examines and audit the work.
• Supervise the status, availability and movement of working/employment visa.
• Handle and organize the Quality Management System documentation in compliance with ISO 9001:2008 requirements.
• Other job assigned by the manager.
• Work performed may include a broad range of complex responsibilities involving confidential and technical information, such as compiling reports, furnishing information, scheduling meetings and preparing agendas, responding to routine correspondence, researching background material, and responds to visitors, and may exercise considerable judgment and discretion in completing assignments.
• May arrange travel schedule and reservations, answer telephone calls and gives information to callers or routes call to appropriate officials and places outgoing calls, arrange and prepare presentation for meeting.
• Coordinates with local and international recruitment agencies regarding the manpower requirements of the group and update the company affiliates.
• Handling different administrative HR function during vacation and absence of colleague.
• Communicate and assisting clients on everyday transaction for opening an account and provide details of information and requirements.
• Data encoding of deposits and withdrawals of clients and may compile reports to everyday transaction to show statistics of balancing of credit and debit note.
• Responsible of keeping systematic record of business transaction related to savings and current (checks) deposits and withdrawals.
• Coordinate with bank teller to verifies, allocates and posts details of client’s transaction.
• Responsible for preparation of journal entries.
• Call client if needed to insufficient fund of their checking accounts.
• Report to operation manager for signature and approval of bank transaction.
• Helps the customer to find what they are looking to purchase and answer customer’s queries related to merchandise and take special order & follow through to completion to the customer.
• Helps in monitoring inventory level and keep records of sales.
• Sets up advertising display or arranges merchandise to promote sales, stamps, marks and tags price on merchandise.
• Data encoding and filing generated reports.
