o Handling the entire scope of HR activities for Dubai operations for three sister concern companies (STC, Chris Garrod Global & Advantage Construction Materials Trading Co.), which includes Employee Joining & On-boarding, Employee Transfer, Recruitment, Manpower Controlling, Performance Management, Employee exit and Employee Grievance Redressal.

o Managed the recruitment of staffs (mass/bulk recruitment) for our projects Royal Atlantis Project (120 staffs), Crowne Plaza Project (30 Staffs), Palm Tower Project (30 Staffs) and for office (35 staffs). Conducted Walk in Interviews, Head Hunting for senior positions, Prepared Job Descriptions, discuss with Reporting Manager to understand the staff requirements for the project. Familiar with using different job portals and social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Bayt.com, Naukri Gulf for finding the right candidate.
o Conduct background checks and prepare offer letters.
o Creatively look for ways to decrease cost and time related to the hiring process.
o Preparing recruitment related reports.
o Coordinating with Finance department for the recruitment budget for the quarter for each department, ensuring each recruitment request matches the approved budget for the department.
o Implemented HR policies and procedures.
o Develop and continuously review job descriptions to cater to the structural/role changes within different functions.
