Job Description / Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible in maintaining an efficient and effective office, e.g. files, answer telephones, review and respond to e-mails and regular mail;
• Responsible in updating and data encoding of all USEC lists, e.g. charities’ addresses and points of contact, other committee chairpersons’ contact information, email distribution list, etc.;
• Responsible in acting as an administrative assistant for Executive Board members in their USEC-related duties and handling administrative procurement and petty cash;
• Responsible in organizing and helping with all aspects of Board activities and events including the USEC Shoppers’ Day Bazaar, Hungry to Help, Golf Tournament and other charity-related projects from pre-work to post-work details;
• Responsible in recording and keeping various monetary and in-kind (food, clothes, etc.) donations for distribution to USEC charities, notify charity liaisons of available donations;
• Responsible in doing sponsorship solicitation and coordination from pre-work to post-work
• Responsible in notifying appropriate member of the Executive Board when there are issues with office equipment or if office supplies are needed; and other duties as assigned.
