Key duties within Xiamen King Long:

- Legally operating business as a Consultant of Xiamen King Long in EU Markets; Assisting with EU
Registrations; Due Diligence on King Long Trade mark and King Long logo in Europe; Assisting XKL
to build up the financing platform in EU market; EU market information collection for King Long,
including each EU countries market sales performance, competitor trends, products and prices.
Following updates on European Union Directives related to M3 Class I - Class II - Class III; Product
liability insurance; Assisting Xiamen King Long bus and coach Homologation and Certification;
Resolving COC problems with European Ministry of Transports; Setting up XKL representative office
in EU for the COC;

-Discussing with European engineers enhancement and improvement of XKL product line; Assistance
to XKL for the EVI Euro 6 engine suppliers and solving all relative commercial and technical prototype
issues; Engagement of Professional engineers for XKL for the following:
i. Chassis engineer: To reduce weight and re-design the a Monocoque structure and
Chassis
ii. Electrical engineer: To redesign the CAN System and also reduce the amount of
cables already utilized by Xiamen King Long
iii. Noise reduction engineer: To reduce noise from the engine compartment, under the
transmission.
iv. Vibration engineer: To settle the vibration problem of the vehicles efficiently.

- Developing network of Potential Distributors to expand XKL sales and aftersales networks in the EU;
Supervising distributer sales performance (Malta, Italy, Spain, France, UK), buses stock information,
and finance report; After-sales Services Assistance for Xiamen King Long Bus and Coach; On sight
visits to the KL UK, KL France, KL Germany, KL Italia, KL Malta, KL Spain and KL Benelux:

i. Quarterly visit to the distributors to discuss on-going pending issues
ii. Visiting the distributors during Bus and Coach Exhibitions
iii. Following up of the orders and specifications to meet local market’s requests
iv. and specifications and following up orders’ payments.
v. Daily follow up of orders and improvement and after-sales claims for each market
vi. Supervising levels of parts stocks in Europe for XKL
- Following up reports of XKL main competitors from Turkey such as TEMSA and OTTOKAR;
Assisting XKL to find strategic business co-operator with other similar Bus and Coach Manufacturers;
Assistance to obtain INF 2 for all KL Europe representatives:
i. Meetings with ZF
ii. Meetings with CUMMINS
iii. Meetings with VOITH
iv. Meetings with MAN
v. Meetings with IVECO

- Assistance and Support for Exhibition in Belgium BAAV Bus world and in Germany Hanover IAA of
Xiamen King Long bus and coach in Europe; Pre-ordering and Arranging location of space at the IAA
and attending meetings for 2014 and 2016; Booking and Arranging location of space in Kortrijk and
attending meetings in Kortrijk in the bidding for 2013 and 2015:

i. Arranging IAA location Transport and Shengen Visas for all XKL workers, transfers
from hotel to exhibition and airport to hotel and hosting XKL workers
ii. Arranging logistics of Container from China to IAA in the location
iii. Arranging Kortrijk Transport and Shengen visas for all XKL workers, transfers from
airport to hotel and exhibition and XKL workers hosting
iv. Arranging logistics of Container from China to Kortrijk

-Expanding KL to the territories of Denmark, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Holland, Poland and Bulgaria

i. Finding qualified distributors in each local market
ii. Preparation of King Long specifications for relevant market above, as requested
iii. Following up of prototype specifications to meet each local market’s specifications
iv. Following up Payment for the Prototypes, as well as prototype improvement
