Duties and Responsibilities
Styling the new season looks of Armada own brand and franchise brands.
Delivering floor moves, window installations and mannequin styling.
Organizing the effective and efficient utilization of store space.
Working closely with the management and marketing team to increase sales.
Recommending brand, price point and buying depth strategies.
Working with the VM Manager and sales to achieved commercial goals.
Involved in rearranging, remerchandising and replenishing new stocks as it arrives.
Analysing sales figures and forecasting future sales volume.
Coordinating store display in line with brand guidelines and strategy.
Install and Merchandise all the display items/goods as per approved concept, design, theme to attract the attention of customers and draw them towards the given product brand.
Remove the display materials at the end of allotted time, carefully dismantle, pack and transport them back to the warehouse to enable codification and storage of materials properly for future use
Update/rotate the merchandise as per the guidelines to attract customer attention
Training and orienting the staffs on how to maintain the interior and window seat up of the shop especially to those brands that set standards.

Responsible for styling & merchandising in women wear, kids wear and designer departments.
