Inspect materials for damages.
Perform PPP&M for materials which require attention while receiving and shipping.
Induct received materials in the system using RF Guns.
Tally the Receiving Tally Sheet to match the physical quantities on 1348.
Segregate and put away the materials in allocated locations.
Picking materials from assigned locations as per the MRO’s released.
Ensure Correct Picking and Sorting of materials as per DoDAACs.
To do live inventory while picking materials.
Packing materials into boxes and arrange the same pallets.
Shrink-wrap and strap boxes/materials whenever required.
Ensuring scanning of all drop IDs and updates are done before dispatching the materials.
Perform COSIS for materials while under storage.
Report discrepancies to Team Leader for possible corrective actions.
Perform Manual Allocations when the system is down unduly & operational ground space is limited.
