I am a very versatile Construction Engineer with over twenty-five years’ experience across the whole spectrum of Civil/ Building Engineering from working on runways, motorways, roads, bridges, under passes, a nuclear power station, an oil refinery, a LNG plant, a reservoir, RC frame high rises, schools, hospitals & residential/ commercial/ retail developments using innovative methods such as modular build, slip forming, jump forming & jacked box tunnelling both in the UK & KSA.
Over the years I have worked with most major contractors including Amec, Carillion, Laing, Kier, Mowlem, Taylor Woodrow, Edmund Nuttall, Bierrum International, Jacksons, Millers, Morrison, Willmott Dixon, Careys, SDC, Bowmer & Kirkland, PC Harrington & Saudi Aramco directly & supply chain MPB Structures Ltd for Carillion, Interserve, Miller, Wates & Westfield on projects of value £10mill to £3000mill with various engineering roles.
Major Highway Experience: AMEC, Carillion(Rugby Western Relief Road), RMG(A1M / A14), Jacksons(A563 / V1), Henry Boot(A47), Associated Aggregates(A6), Morrison, Nuttalls(A43 / M1) with major earth works, drainage, communications, road headering, rock nailing, shotcreting, RC structures, jacked box tunnelling, etc. totalling approximately 6-7 years.
Major RC Structure Experience: MPB Structures Ltd on various contracts plus major RC Slip forming experience with Taylor Woodrow / Gleitbau Salzburg, SDC / Bierrum International, & Saudi Aramco.
Major Steel Structure Experience: Kier, Miller, SDC, Mainland, Wilmott Dixon, Careys, Westfield (MPB) & SWC Steel Erection Ltd / Barrett Steel Buildings Ltd
