Currently Design Coordinator for a major Hotel and Spa complex of ten (10) buildings in Qala Alti, Azerbaijan with a 200 quest room Hotel, very large Luxury Spa and Medical treatment facility, (1) three story Entertainment Building, (3) separate Villas, (4) separate three-story quest suit buildings, and (1) two-story Staff Building. Buildings are built into the slopes of a remote mountain with a 1, 500 year old mountain top castle looking down over the Project Complex.

The company is one of the top architectural offices in Turkey.The size of the company is 35 registered architects.
I am reporting to the CEO and the Projects Director.I am working on high-rise buildings, mix use developments and master planning proposals.
Main Responsibilities
-Performing on-site inspections.
-Supervised four architects and two technicians.
-Collaborated with the customers for the concept design.
-On going meetings with the consultants of the project.
-Revised all kind of drawings.
My main achievements.
- I gave Revit lessons to the concept team
Project Architect
The company is one of the elite architectural offices in Cyprus.The size of the company was three registered architects.
I was reporting to the CEO. I managed three projects at the period I worked there, one complex of residential villas, one holiday villa house and one low rise-building.
Main Responsibilities
-Performing on-site inspections.
-Supervised the construction process and monitoring the time-tables with the contractor.
-Collaborated with the customers for the interiors design such as materials, textiles, and furniture.
-On going meetings with the consultants of the project.
-Revised all kind of drawings and visiting the local authorities for changing them.
My main achievements.
-. In this period also we won an invited competition (six candidates in total) of an office mid-rise building in Nicosia (3.000 sqm in total).The project was published on A10 architectural magazine (http://www.a10.eu/)
Reason for leaving: Relocation due to transfer of wife's job to Istanbul -Turkey.

-In this period also I receive my registration as an architect in Cyprus including also Landscape Architecture.
Reason for leaving: Travelling from December 2007 up to February 2008.Visiting my family in Montreal and London.I stay in Rome for one month after a job offer at Massimiliano Fuksas studio
