I operated in Greece, Romania, Turkey and Cyprus, acquiring new clients for which XPLAIN is handling their Social Media Strategy & Activation, Online Content Creation, Online Reputation Monitoring, Crisis Management, Word of Mouth Marketing and Social Advertising.

I was in charge of the Client Service Department. My team and I dealt on a daily basis with the clients of our company, involved in strategy, marketing planning, media planning, creative briefing and budget allocation.
I was also involved in approaching new business development for our company and prepare the presentation which included the appropriate strategy for the client as well as creative ideas as per the required brief.
During my time there and through my coordination, we acquired several new clients such as: Tui, Chronoteam, Andreadis Homestores, L'artigianno delivery and others.
I managed 18 people, 12 of them directly involved in sales, 3 in the creative department and 3 in secretarial work.
Accomplishments:
I established a new way of advertising income for PLAYBOY, T3 and Music Life (never before used) through paid promotions, tailored sponsoring and special issues which brought more than 1, 5 million ¬ of new business income annually.
Closed deals with clients and media shops to earn advertising revenue for a number of magazines
I managed 13 people, 8 of them directly involved in sales, 2 in the creative department and 3 in secretarial work.
Accomplishments:
" After a year and a half in the advertising department of STATUS, I became its advertising manager, and two years later, a group-advertising manager of 5 titles.
" After assuming the management of the advertising department in 1998, I doubled STATUSs earnings within 3 years, with a gross income of 1, 1 billion drachmas.
" Established a new way of advertising income for the magazines through paid promotions and tailored sponsoring which brought 200 million drachmas of new business income in 2000 and 190 million drachmas in 2001.
I was responsible for the sales of advertising space from new-business clients as well as clients with very low earnings for the magazine. I managed to increase these sales from 5 million drachmas in 1995, to 50 million drachmas in 1996.
I assisted in the marketing plan for all the companys products (e.g. Coca Cola, Sprite, Fanta, Amita etc.) I was responsible for all statistical data from the weekly, monthly and annual sales of the products. On location market penetration, by instructing the people in the points of sales on how they should place the products depending on their market share. Wet and dry samplings for new products at point of sales, and randomly at the streets. I took frequent trips to locations around Greece, to help the local company staff to implement the right marketing strategies.
