Assigned Responsibilities- Finance Analyst
*Prepare regional reports and PL statement
*Profitabily analysis - sales & expenses on a product/market/source level
*Compile monthly actual financial results and develop commentary as to variation to benchmarks - budget & forecast
*Monitor business performance weekly by consolidating sales reports of all markets and higlight major drivers affecting the negative/positive variance against forecast.
*Work closely with all DM units to consolidate monthly forecast & variances
*Identify key growth drivers and trends
*Preparation and analysis of yearly budget
*Prepare PL for potential expansion investment or product rollout; determine payback period, ROI & IRR
*Project management - take charge in the financial set-up of new DM entity
*Served as key user during SAP implementation in UAE & Qatar units.
*Monitor closing activities of region, see to it that all units have performed all closing procedures and have submitted all deliverables during month-end without delays.
*Perform adhoc duties such as analysis of key performance indicators of DM units; compile MENA Capex reports; assist units for treasury related requirements including cash flow projections.

*Handle book of accounts in SAP of export companies
*Recognize depreciation, accruals and post month-end journal entries.
*Close accounting books monthly; prepare financial statements.
*See to it that intercompany transactions with subsidiaries are reconciled.
*Act as project coordinator during SAP implementation for UAE, KSA and Qatar business units.
*Assist/train staff from other DM subsidiaries (Ukraine/Qatar/Turkey).
*Maintain master data in SAP - material master, customer/vendor master, GL accounts, info record and selling prices.
*Perform a broad range of finance function on adhoc basis.
Assigned Responsibilities- Product Costing Supervisor
*Create and maintain master data in SAP - material, purchase info record, freight/transportation and discharge cost
*Compute for transfer prices.
*Review booking of vendor invoices; ensure perpetual balance is zeroed out, post periodic entry
*See to it that scraps and samples are removed from books during closing.
*Review provision for NRV and short expiry.
*Prepare month-end schedules such as GR/IR, purchases, inventory and production report.
*Train cost accountants
Senior Accounts Executive - Assigned Responsibilities
*Handle multiple full set of accounts (on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis) of clients from different business organizations and their corporate offices and subsidiaries across Europe/America/Middle East.
*Prepare financial statements and consolidated reports in compliance with Financial Reporting Standards (FRS)
*Spearhead audit of accounts and liaise with clients’ external auditors, tax agents and corporate secretaries
*Quarterly GST/VAT submission to Internal Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS)
*Prepare XBRL file for submission to Singapore Authority - ACRA
*Consultancy to clients: provide professional advice pertaining to accounting, develop accounting system and enforce financial compliance.

Senior Financial Analyst- Assigned Responsibilities
Solid, extensive and well-rounded exposure to all finance roles in areas of sales, plant operations, logistics, consolidation. SAP system user for 10 years.
BUDGETING AND CONTROLLING
*Financial Planning - Prepare budget and forecast (PL/Funds and CAPEX) with analysis
*Consolidation/Management Reporting - Consolidate all regional reports including but not limited to monthly financial statements, annual budget, key performance indicators, intercompany transactions, audit and tax requirements; supervise closing activities of all units.
*Investigate possible cost saving areas and enforce company policy; liaise with corporate office
SALES
*Account in charge of Western Visayas Region - maintain the accounting books (SAP), ensure completeness and accuracy of posted transactions. Monthly preparation of balance sheet, PL, account analysis (actual vs. budget) and efficiency reports.
*Spearhead Cash, Credit, Payable, Inventory, Collateral, Fixed Asset/CAPEX management and ensure compliance to related controls. Conduct internal audit in sales offices. Prepare and present budget and forecast of sales.
DISBURSEMENT/CASH MANAGEMENT
*Forecast daily/monthly cash requirement and communicate to head office. See to it that average daily bank balance is kept within desired level. Coordinate with bank personnel and suppliers.
*Validate VAT input claims, provide complete information and documents to Bureau of Internal Revenue.
LOGISTICS
*Responsible for the financials of logistics operations, manage in particular freight expenses, distribution cost and warehousing to ensure reasonableness of actuals as against budget as major cost components; audit payment documents of said expenses. Present monthly financials to regional management.
*Prepare/present logistics department budget
