Provides administrative support to the Executive Director and Associate Exec. Directors of Medical Education Department.
Performs general administrative tasks (draft routine correspondence, format documents, create files, etc.).
Arranges meeting, records and transcribes minutes as required.
Manages screening of applications submitted for eligibility criteria and verify exam results and other credentials during the annual intake of medical residents.
Encode, compiles and maintains accurate data of candidates for shortlisting and reporting purposes.
Assists in preparation for the Interview of the candidates for the Residency Program by preparing schedules, arranging visa, accommodation, transportation, and others.
Coordinates onboarding arrangement for the new hired Medical Residents with HR, Immigration and different clinical departments.
Primary contact and information resource of all candidates, medical residents, and staff from other departments with regards to all Residency affairs, issues and concerns.
Maintains updated files/records for all Medical Residents in accordance with ACGMEI and JCI standards.
Manages the office electronic record and paper system and performs other daily tasks.
Prepared documentation and reports for Ob-Gyn Program during the Internal Review.
Maintains confidentiality of the information and performs other job-related duties as required
Use of AD management tools, security and workflow modules for application account management pertaining to workflow and security requirements.
Provide user access to the Business Applications based on their requirements utilizing the account management tools.
Provide Users with access to the specific functions with the Business Application.
Ensure Tasks generated if any by the supported applications are correct.
Enforce user administration policies.
Keep up to date with the changes to the application through testing new releases.
Keep track of the changes that affect user roles and make the necessary changes and information dissemination.
Assist in the maintenance of the Management Systems.
Generate various reports as per approved procedure.

Taking calls and Log record to the Help Desk Ticketing System.
➢ Escalate to second level support as required and if necessary and provide ongoing communication to users
on problem status.
➢ Ensuring that all issues are documented and resolved including all actions taken until final resolution in the
Ticketing System
➢ Monitor and track daily activity of Help Desk to ensure proper follow-up of user problems.
➢ Document and maintain Help Desk records and ensure entry of all activities and resolutions.
