I was part of start up team and I have participated and supervised, all operations in the field like..O2 removal by N2, blindes removal, line up, checklist.... Currently I work as operator support and I have as responsibility to control continuous operation of the plant, determine malfunctioning unit by observing control instruments, doing inspection for equipment to determine location and nature of malfunction, such as leaks, breakages, and faulty valves. Determine need for schedules and performs repair and maintenance of equipment...etc

• Pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up of two line ammonia plant. As activity I mention: punch listing, air blowing of the piping systems, steam blowing, chemical treatment of carbon dioxide removal system, hydrogen recovery system cleaning and preparing for start up, filling up with catalysts of CO converters, methanators, ammonia converter, primary and secondary reformers.
• Pressure test, leak test for all piping system and equipments, preparation two ammonia tank for ammonia storage, put in service all water coolers (demy water and sea water), put finally gaskets for all piping system together mechanical team, then I took part by our client to start up both ammonia plant up to performance test, production capacity 1750 to/day each.
• As equipments: hydrogenator, sulphur absorbers, reformers (primary and secondary), carbon dioxide converters, carbon monoxide converters, methanators, heat recovery unit, absorbing column, desorption column, pump of different kinds, reversible pumps Man Turbo, compressors Nuovo Pignone, ammonia booster compressors, etc.

I was informing Plant Shift Coordinator about the daily activities and request for special actions if any.
