Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement), controlling of the reports, analysis of Cash Flow statement
Month-end-Close coordination (for 9 persons)
Analysing of financial data, compilation of specific financial reports for U.S.
government, securities and exchange commission, and for other bureaus, (environmental control)
Accruals posting, tax (VAT, deferred tax, income tax), profits and costs calculations
Balance Sheet revaluation, FOREX calculation, Foreign Exchange rate calculations
Control of General and Special Ledger, Reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts, Corrections of postings, Accounts reclassifications
Running and controlling of special SAP jobs
Attendance at international teleconferences, meetings, trainings
Booking of bank statements (cash, money transfer, and credit card) transactions, penalty letters
Participation in booking of fixed assets, calculation of depreciation (linear, degressive)
Handle daily allowances (foreign mission) and report them for wage calculation
Contacting with banks, handle petty cash (HUF and foreign currency), Preparing petty cash reports to the relevant management team members.
Contribute to timely and accurate monthly book closing
Financial and Accounting process improvement, Migration of accounting jobs and processes form GE Leeds Service Centre to Genpact (Budapest)
Active participate in financial projects, Process improvement to the financial requirements, testing plans and testing data, preparation of documents to the new accounts payable system
Introducing financial presentations, Participate in meetings, discussions
Credit Risk Management (investigation of Balance Sheet data, and other financial data)
Treasury department (Money Market, Gold Market), Controlling department
Structured Finance (large, middle company sector), active participation in meetings
Documentary Business department (bank guarantee, documentary collection, factoring, money transfer) SWIFT mailing, Electronically Strategy department
