Job Responsibilities:
• Setup the sector forecast quarté and monthly according to company targets.
• Follow up the supervisors tasks.
• Follow up the sector achievement with my team.
• Determine the credit limit for whole sale sector customers according to company policy
• Evaluate my team performance to avoid any problems.
• Solve the problems with customers.
• Evaluate & develop customers.
Achievement:
• Achieve sales targets.
• Decrease the aging and bad debts values.
• Decrease the cost.
• Devided the areas to find a new customers.
