Responsible of:
- Providing technical direction for all ME&L related systems, processes, analysis, and reporting across Berytech’s program portfolio and will contribute to new business development initiatives as necessary.
Managing five persons (M&E Coordinator, two M&E Officers and Knowledge Management Officer), Responsible of:
- Developing M&E guidelines, methods and tools and designing data collection tools as and when required;
- Leading the development of M&E frameworks and providing guidance on all M&E aspects of projects;
- Leading on the design of M&E components in program and project proposals, ensuring adherence to
sector and WCH standards for program quality and project M&E;
- Monitoring project progress, providing insights & recommendations to Program/Project Managers, Coordinators, Technical Specialists and local partners to improve implementation based on M&E data;
- Ensuring that the Lebanon Country Program is compliant with internal reporting requirements.
- Designing internal/external evaluations as needed in compliance with evaluation guidelines, selecting appropriate approaches, methodologies and tools and engaging decision makers in the process;
- Producing agreed outputs related to internal evaluations, disseminating outputs and ensuring utilization of recommendations for future programming;
- Developing and/or streamlining reporting templates that facilitate the acquisition, aggregation and flow of information in and between programs and projects, including via the use of software/technology;
- Responsible for managing the performance of all staff under their supervision, including setting annual performance objectives, carrying out an annual performance review/assessment and taking any necessary remedial actions.
Managing two persons (M&E Officer and Knowledge Management Officer), Responsible of:
- Designing and developing of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) strategy and annual plan;
- Elaborating projects’ Theory of Change and frameworks according to the global Theory of Change and global monitoring framework guidelines of Warchild;
- Supporting in elaborating monitoring tools and standardizing them among the organization;
- Collaborating with the Knowledge Management Officer to automate data where possible;
- Ensuring data collection quality is met;
- Ensuring deadlines of M&E data are met;
- Producing M&E related donors reports;
- Preparing consolidated progress reports for project management including lessons learned and recommendations;
- Managing internal and external project’s evaluations as relevant;
- Conducting workshops on M&E related topics for internal staff and partners (Introduction to M&E, tools, data management, Logframe, Theory of Change, Evaluation, etc…).
- Implementation of an integrated management system (IMS) in line with ISO 9001:2015 for quality, ISO 14001:2015 for environment and OHSAS 18001:2007 for Occupational Health and Safety Management standards (on going).
- Implementation of ISO 9001:2008 and building a Quality Assurance department at ARACO Ready Mix Concrete and at both companies ARACO for Admixture and Construction Material by collaboration with all human resources.
- Establishing with Upper Management the Company's objectives in support of the quality policy.
- Restructuring of all processes in collaboration with the Heads of Departments.
- Elaborating automated online forms on Intranet (SharePoint) in collaboration with the IT department to ensure consistency into the working practices.
- Making sure that standardization of the branches is continuous and applied.
Responsible for the improvement of the Quality Management System as per ISO 9001:2008 standards. ex: analyzing KPI results, implement and follow up on correctives actions following internal audit cycle, conducting Management review, conducting customer satisfaction survey...
Contributing in the implementation of the balanced score card (BSC) with the BSC Committee.
Responsible for the company’s participation to the Lebanese Excellence Award (LEA). ALBINA was awarded the LEA 2014.
Responsible for the elaboration and submission of the Communication on Progress (COP) required by the UNGC.
I was Quality coordinator in five medical centers: Doctors’ Center Radiology, Doctors’ Center Laboratory, Scientific Laboratory, Bigamed and Test and Care.
I was contributing in the implementation and the improvement of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2008). I was responsible of managing the documents, implementing Key Performance Indicators and analyzing the results and following up on corrective and preventive actions. I proved that I can work well under pressure since I am conducting the internal audits and organizing the management reviews in five centers.
