1. Answer telephone calls and transfer to appropriate staff member.
2. Call clients or other personnel when asked.
3. Type memo’s, letters, etc.
4. Meet and greet clients and visitors.
5. Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
6. Prepare PowerPoint presentations, charts and organization chart. Etc.
7. Assist the Director General in organizing his files, documents and work.
8. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing.
9. Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
10. Maintain a directory for clients, suppliers, school administrators…etc.
11. Sign for and distribute Aramex/KRT/Fed Ex/Air mail/School mail or local mail packages.
12. Research, price, and purchase office supplies.
13. Maintain records of appointments & meetings.
14. Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
15. Collect and Maintain PC or Office supply inventory.
16. Support staff in assigned project based work.
17. Assist the Finance Department when needed.
18. Place adverts on local/international website/newspapers. Filter & forward CV’s to school or to Director General.
19. Other duties as assigned.
1. Provide office orientation for new employees.
2. Setup accommodation and entertainment arrangements for office visitors.
