The Executive Secretary reports to the First Nation Administrator and is responsible for
providing senior level secretarial and clerical services for the Chief and First
Administrator.
While there are no special qualifications required to obtain a position as a hotel manager, many do posses a degree in hospitality services or business administration. This is because much of the work of a hotel manager has to do with the organization and planning of hotel services, from maintaining financial records to marketing the property to prospective customers. In some properties, managers may also be in charge of managing the budget and achieving particular profit goals.
