In 2009 I partnered with MenuLogic, a company based out of NYC and worked as leading director in our attempt to revitalize the company after the market crash in 2008. I worked closely with rights owner and the chief technology officer for a few months before moving on to new projects.
Job Responsibilities: Fully responsible for overseeing smooth restaurant operations including: Meeting profit goals by ensuring company guidelines and target goals by accurately utilizing the POS System. Executing cash management duties, managing of inventory levels, managing restaurant assets and complying with safety and security standards at all times. Motivating and leading 20+ employees. Local and affiliate marketing.
