Construction of Berth Project
In-charged for existing company owned equipment repair and preventive maintenance
scheduling. Evaluation of billing for rental equipments. Monitoring daily activities every
area of responsibilities and preparation of materials needs for structural erections.
Supervision for every scheduled of work to be done (more on erection).
Analyzed every details of drawing before starting the activities
In-charge in schedule of preventive maintenance servicing of equipment company owned at site. Closing of punch list .
Planning and analyze every work order for repair and maintenance of existing
equipments on site project. Evaluate scope of work and spare parts needed for
equipment undergoes repair, recondition or rehabilitation. Identifies work maintenance,
giving such information and instruction before starting repair job. In-charge preventive
maintenance services scheduling. Abreast the status of equipment and budget for repair
and parts needed. Responsible for Third Party inspection for issuance of certificate of
all lifting equipments and lifting accessories and registration for floating vessels.
In-charged in preventive maintenance of existing On - Offshore equipment. Designates each crew for everyday activity. Responsible in updating status repair of equipment and keeps machine file always intact and updates.
Prepares parts requirements for rehabilitation, reconditioning and repair of stated
equipments. Estimation of unit undergoes repair like overhauling, troubleshooting,
upgrading and other, which related to repair and maintenance. Supervise in repair and
maintenance of various heavy equipment (more on quarry and mining equipments).
