1- Develop strategic plans and high level corporate relationships with the technical decision makers.
2- Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle
3- Assist sales team to close sales opportunities, as well as proactively generate new business opportunities
4- Keeping abreast of what competitors are doing and liaise with other line managers
5- Responsible for preparing submittals, technical proposals, and conducting seminars
1- Provide detailed cost estimates for construction capital works and externally bid construction projects
2- Prepare project management documentation for construction projects including method statement, inspection test plan required to satisfactorily undertake each project
3- Assist the construction and commercial manager to grow and develop commercial opportunities for OCI
4- Arranging site inspections and participation in meetings, negotiations, clarifications, raising technical, contractual and commercial problems and queries
Internal finishing:
1-The QA/QC engineer for the internal finishing of the entertainment Center from 1st fix partitions to final finishing of masonry work, plaster, paint, skim coat, marble, tiles, false ceiling, timber cladding, internal walls and partitions, perform the daily routine inspections through WIR's and MIR's.
2-Ensuring the implementation of the project specifications as per the contract to achieve client requirements, entailing studying of all approved design details, Inspection and Test Plans plus MIR&WIR.
Internal Auditing:
1-Provide an assessment on the adequacy and effectiveness of the sub-contractors processes for controlling its activities and managing its risks in the areas set forth under the mission and scope of work.
2-Preparing and filling the audit check list and audit reports according to the periodically audits.
3-Advise and follow up the corrective/preventive action with the sub-contractors.
1-follow up the façade works at the project (sand Stone, marble, granite).
2-Coordinate between the factory, site and subcontractor
3-Responsible for ensuring the implementation of the project specifications as per the contract to achieve client requirements, entailing studying of all approved design details, method statements plus MIR/WIR
● Internal finishing: False ceiling (gypsum boards and tiles), marble (mortar and mechanical), metal doors, balcony door, ceramic, plaster, paint, furniture, fittings and equipment.
● External finishing: Handrails, Arches, timber cladding and skim coat.
● Fit out: Experience in execution of interior fit out & finishes.
1- Attending coordination meetings with senior management.
2- Ensuring the Tenant Coordination Plan is implemented.
