Worked as a Buyer in Arabian Petrochemical Company (Petrokemya)’s Procurement Department and further as Material coordinator. Work included purchasing of Electrical, Instrument, Electronic and Mechanical spares as per the company procedure and incoterms such as on receipt of the purchase requisition from the concerned Users Department, float of Request for Quotation to correct source / traders (Prioritized with Manufacturer/ their Agents in Kingdom, Overseas Traders & Local traders) with proper closing date. On receipt of offers the commercial evaluation based on technical acceptance if required and the commitment of Purchase Orders after necessary clarification if any and negotiation for pricing based on the estimated and offered value with bidders and other terms as per urgency
