- Monitor the projects ensuring the achievement of all revenue objectives, develop and maintain professional relationships with clients
- Prepare all resources for projects by providing the required reports, planing the projects according to required timeframe and in compliance with project policy documents and monitor all staff and clients performance
- Maintain professional relationships with clients, evaluate and approve all proposals and invoices
- Implement various processes for projects, develop survey tests to maintain quality, provide technical support to participation projects.
- Organize the functional team, develop and execute various project deliverables
- Coordinate with clients, owners and subcontractors to ensure optimal level of client satisfaction and administer everyday operation for projects
- Assist HR Manager with various research projects and special projects
- Schedule meetings, interviews and conferences by reserving facilities at hotels or restaurants
- Assist with recruitment and selection process
- Write job adverts and post them on newspaper and online job boards
- Welcome and assist the demanding customers
- Retain customer loyalty by giving appropriate and personalised advice, make sales calls to new and existing clients
- Contribute to the development of the brand by offering a unique and indulgent service
- Organize the store visual display according to the merchandising rules
- Participation at events and conferences, promotional campaign boost
- Guests greeting and guidance upon arrival
- Coordination with organizers and featured guests
- Guidance and information of International customers, Phone customers' assistance
- Promotion distribution including customer fidelity cards, gifts
- Translations in different languages as French, English, Russian
- Ensure an efficient reception experience for guests, including check in/out
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times
- Maximize room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and
facilities
