Management of day to day clinical aspect of Diagnostic centre and healthcare team, including:
PACS & RIS Manager, repsonsible for turnaround of Merge PACS & RIS implemenation and moving project in a progreassive way.
Responsibility for implementing change amongst team and ensuring uptake by stakeholders on project.
Ensuring suppliers match project need and business requirement to action outstanding work and progress work package.
Updating governance and executives on progress and direction of project and professional status of staff and Diagnostic centre.
Each module had its own research project Imaging and Medicine - Optimum imaging in trauma situations. Heathcare Technology - The use of IT in supporting individual learning Science and the Public - The publics perception of Radiation and its use in medicine.
Research Project - investigating if the use of a high KiloVoltage technique is preferable in Tarsus imaging. Elective Project - Studying if CT is preferable over MR or US in imaging and ablating Osteoid Osteoma's
