3) Following up clients accounts after the rescheduling for 3 months.
1) Responsible for housing loans, car loans and credit cards; making studies and credit analysis for the requested credit applications received from all branches and present these studies along with my recommendations to the related committee for final approval.
2) Feasibility Studies for new schemes and making Marketing Plans for all schemes.
3)Following up and controlling the repayments for all the schemes, loans and credit cards.
4) Responsible for developing new products concepts like real state leasing project, Established Visa cards associate membership for Union bank, expected to launch by the first of 2005, Redesigned existing housing loans systems, active since 2002, and Developing new schemes for companies’ staff.

4) Complete the necessary documents and collaterals to make the facilities available to customer.
5) Follow up the customer usage of facilities and repayment schedule until final settlement.
6)Marketing bank products by visiting customers on their sites to attract them to direct their business to the bank.
