Oversee the day- to- day- recruitment activities of the University.
Participate in the recruitment strategies & techniques to minimize recruitment costs & yield higher profits.
Follow the HR operation functions such as recruitment & selection, manpower planning & headhunting.
Supervise & participate in the screening process with the Recruitment assistant & decide upon the applicants who match the recruitment needs & let them go through the recruitment process/cycle.
Ensure that the day- to- day- applicants are going through the right recruitment cycle from sitting for the IQ test till getting all the approvals needed to hire the candidate, besides introducing to the candidate the University terms of contract & credentials required to be hired.
Interview applicants & recommend candidates to meet both the Recruitment section head & HR Director.
Follow up with the training & development department to coordinate the induction day of all newcomers.
Spearhead campaigns & sourcing initiative for effective candidate pooling, besides building up the department database through social media channels such as Jobeex, LinkedIn & other similar professional networking sources.
Monitor the Online feedback of the University students that is held twice per year to identify our top & worst teaching staff & prepare statistical reports needed to supervise their performance curve in cooperation with the training & development department to direct them to the needed training programs & academic development sessions.
Perform various office, marketing, administrative & operation functions when required.

Job Description:
Building relationships with job seekers in order to gain a better understanding of their education, experience and interest needs and requirements.
Attract candidates by social networking, headhunting and through referrals.
Provide advice to job seekers on salary levels, training requirements and career opportunities.
Provide HR knowledge to newly graduated or non-experienced job seekers who are interested in the HR field, i.e. what it's all about, what kind of courses do they need to take, explaining all its functions...etc
Assist job seekers in their resume and CV writing to make it look more professional

Supervising all Account Managers in their client's accounts and making sure that the hiring requests are fulfilled within the deadline.
Posting ads online to fulfil hiring requests
Filtering CVs and phone screening
1st interviews and following up on 2nd interviews results with the clients (via phone or email)
Supervising a team of 3 Account Managers in all their tasks and duties and any new HR person or HR trainee at that time
Conduct meetings with the Account Managers and assisting them in any requested duty or task
Assist and support all HR Account Managers in their problems/complains

Responsibilities:
Responsible for following up on:
• HR Database
• Implementation of all policies & objectives of the department
• Fulfilling recruitment needs in Cairo and Other Governorates through interviewing process (Initial Screening of CVs, Phone and 1st interview)
• The progress of the 2nd interviews and trainings progressing with the Technical person
• Employees’ insurance
• Preparation and attending employment fairs
• Drawing and designing different “Hiring Advertisements”
• Initiating events, birthday celebrations, trips and discounted offers for all staff
• Issuing HR letters
• Prepare yearly training master plan
• Update organizational charts, job descriptions and KPIs
• Filling yearly manpower plan
• Create quarterly turn over report
• Attendance and vacations
• Monthly Employment memos, resignations, raises, bonuses and salaries
• Receive all monitoring reports and appraisals of Language Instructors
Conduct and oversee :
• Candidates meetings to finalize offers and Rules & Regulations of the company (Job description & KPIs) and signing all penalties included
• Any problem/complain by projects’ staff
• Exit interviews of resigning employees
• Succession Plan
• Employees official documents submission
Assisting HR Management in any assigned task
Mentoring a team of 4 HR Coordinators in all their tasks and duties
Answer calls and respond to different kind of customers and dealer's of Vodafone at high level of customer service
Clarify and verify customer’s data via phone in the case of changing SIM card numbers or stopping stolen lines
Release new lines
Creating service requests to unsolved issues not immediately solved and escalating them to the staff responsible
Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system
Follow-up on customer inquires in being resolved
