 Responsible for preparing work permit & safe execution of the job.
• Responsible for healthiness of all fire & safety equipments, as per OISD.
• Routine checking of all fire & safety equipment as per requirement of OISD.
• Imparting HSEF training to all employees & imparting basic HSEF training to all contractor workers.
• On report of any emergency rush to the site collect all relevant information; log it to the safety portal.
• Participating in investigation of any accident/incident/near misses.
• Responsible for tracing & closed out recommendation.
• Scheduling & participating HSE mock drills, publishing the report also follow-up & close the recommendation/observations of the drill.
• Responsible for updating / reviewing of SMP, SOP along with operation team & responsible for preparing / updating TBRA, TBEA.
• Participating in safe commissioning of new facilities after shutdown.
• Organize safety committee meetings and review action plan, keep the management informed about the progress in implementation of safety measures.
• Review any new process/Equipment from the angle of HSE and ensure that it complies with the all guidelines provided Performing safety audits & releasing reports as per schedule.
• Hazard identification and risk analysis study of the plant with all prevention and control measures.
• Preparation of daily / monthly / annually reports.
• Counter check on the issue of Personal Protective Equipments and thereby inventory control.
• Safety inspection rounds of different hazardous work areas.
• Coordination and facilitation of medical check-up of all employees with their analysis of the health status, medical check-up of personnel working in hazardous process complying with the legal requirements.
• Monitoring of the work areas (illumination level, noise level & environment monitoring to ensure the safe working condition)
