Employee exit interviews
o Initiating exit process, f/u on problems with processing, changes, etc.
o Contact with employees to answer questions, and get them needed information
On-boarding and new employee follow-up
o Provide Talent Managers with all new-hire list thereby assisting them in Induction Programs
o Contacting new employees 30 and 60 days after they start to assist and answer questions
End to end work of Onsite employees, including collecting feedback from their client, Feedback Interview with employee, Onsite Exit interview with employee & all the communication emails.
Interact with employees to understand any conflicts in their projects and at the same time to understand the variations in their utilization percentages.
Constant monitoring of employee utilization, to ensure they are aligned to an optimal work load.
o Provide constant information on employee assignments thereby providing real time employee project details.
o Consolidate Employee Performance Rating data for Mid-year and Year-end evaluations. Align employees to respective Counselors to ensure an employee’s overall development requirements are considered.
o Provide management with the information required to make resource assignments across various projects.
o Maintain and update employee information across systems such as Employee Depository Tools, Employee engagement tools and Performance Management Tools.
o Coordinate all required systems changes and other support for transfers, new hires and exiting employees in CRIS and other systems
Events planning such as scheduling and coordinating Health Fair, Ethics training and similar programs
Support Leaves of Absence process.
