Major Responsibilities:
Procurement(Tender Management) of Consultant and Contractors as per Company Policies & Procedures
\[Internal approval, Preparation/Review, Tender process, Evaluation, Negotiation/Finalization, Approval/Award\]
MULTI-BILLION DOLLAR DEVELOPMENTS
Review/Preparation of Tender documents (incorporating specifications & drawings received from Lead consultant /Requestor department) for Major Tenders
Preparation of Complete RFP documents for minor Tenders
Management of Tender Process \[ EOI, Tender issue, Query response coordination, Addenda etc\]
Evaluation of Tenders/proposals received; Post tender Clarification and negotiation meetings.
Preparation of Evaluation reports and obtaining management approval for Consultant/Contractor Appointment.
Review and obtaining approval of specialist packages for projects where two-stage tender strategy is adopted.
Preparation/ review of MIS reports (organization specific) relevant to the departmental activities
Preparation of Budget Trackers and commercial review of Variations/Change order Management for on-going projects.
Proficient in preparation of Budget Estimates, rate analysis & its revisions.
To act as an effective departmental representative for meetings, correspondences, Coordination with other departments, Consultants, Main contractors & subcontractors etc.

Completed certification course for Cost Control Professional (CCP/CCE) under AACE International , USA
