HR Assistant
Assists with the day-to-day implementation of services, policies and program through HR employee; reports directly to the Managing Director, and assist company Managers with HR related issues.
Responsible and manages the following: Recruitment process, Termination process, Employee Performance Appraisal, Training & Development, HR Filing and Database System Management, Employee Leave details and support Finance Department in Employee Payroll.
Support IT Department for administering new and enhancement of HR software.
