Till now i have been working as health assistant in remote part of Bhutan.In community i usually carry out immunization, postnatal care, antel-natal care and family planning measures.In OPD i check the sick patient and give preventive and curative measure.I screen for cervical cancer and conduct delivery in health center.In community i visit each area to give health preventive and promotive measures.I manage the patient in ward and if i am not able to help the patient, i call ambulance and refer the patient to higher center.
