- To provide the essential needs of the patient like food, medicine, bath and oral care. To prevent of having decubitus ulcer by giving massage and turn patient from side to side, to put cardiac monitorto the patient, to assist in insertion of endotracheal tube, collect arterial blood to check blood gas, to collect all the data of all blood results and inform to all the medical team, to evaluate the body fluid by checking the venus pressure.

- To assist in the insertion of tracheostomy tube, prepare patient for surgery by shaving the area of operation and give full instruction, assist in the insertion of suprapubiccatether.
