Perform project cost budget development, monitoring and forecasting

In-charge of warehouse handling and store keeping
Assisting the Purchasing Manager in canvassing and checking the availability of stock in the local market
In charge of receiving of all deliveries for assigned department
In charge of releasing materials for all departments as per request
In charge in fulfilling purchasing function such as: canvassing, reviewing of quotations of different suppliers
Responsible for ensuring ample stocks by maintaining an acceptable stock level as deemed by the Accounting Department
Reports directly to the Accounting Manager
Preparing LPO on Inventory System
Consolidates reports like: Receiving Reports, Materials Issuance Reports, Monthly Inventory Reports
Perform other task being assigned
Assuring in giving high quality service and customer satisfaction
Assisting customers and attending customers inquiry
Carry out sales and come up with creative ideas to achieve showroom sales
Contributes in conceptualizing sales plans, programs and packages for promo
Controlling and monitoring all incoming and outgoing stocks
Consolidates reports like: Receiving Reports, Materials Issuance Reports, Monthly Inventory Reports
Handles special display for the promotion and merchandise of products in modern trade
