Job profile:
Key Roles & Responsibilities Identifying and eliminating various hazard involved in construction works.
Conducting tool box-talk and induction training.
Conducting fire fighting training for the worker.
Checklist for safety & health precaution.
Maintain the safety in Tower crane electrical panels and mechanical equipments.
Maintain regular labors camp visit.
Regular following the senior’s instruction and conveying the information to the immediate senior.
Participate in Safety Incident Investigations, Recommendations and follow-up action.
Maintain & record EPR Plan (Emergency Preparedness & Response Plan) and EPR drill report.
Remain at the work site while the work is in progress.
Survey the work site to ensure all combustible materials have been removed.
Monitoring the erection and commissioning job.
Maintain firefighting equipment inspection.
Safe procedure working around heavy equipments.
To provide and ensure the correct use of PPE & safety devices as per the working condition and record checklist for PPE inspection.
Conducting regular & daily safety inspection.
Maintain Hazard Identification Risk Assessment & Risk Control (HIRA) and identify job hazard Analysis, where the job found hazardous in nature.
Monitoring of safety requirement and its compliances from time to time.
Report Safety Alert Notice of unsafe conditions and careless actions of works.
Holding of weekly safety internal review meeting with the entire team member.
Preparation of safety report/accident/near misses investigation report to the concern department.
Training for new worker.
Inspection checklist for construction equipment.
Maintain Minutes of OHS committee meeting, Agenda for OHS review meeting and management directives for formation of OHS committee.
Checklist for construction equipment.
Inspect and maintain proper Periphery nets & Duct nets at the site.
