• Calendar management to ensure proper organization of meeting schedules, required resources and participants’ availability

• Responsible in office assistance works including statement of accounts review, visa application and initiates purchase orders & invoices
• • Generates reports for environmental management system, manufacturing projects, productivity, cost control, manpower & inventory analysis based on the stock requirements
• Conducts methods & time study for standard time update, productive labor utilization & machine capacity
• Acts as coordinator for lean office & manufacturing projects
• Execute improvements in the workplace set-up with process flow analysis to generate layout drawing options using AutoCAD
