Guiding Training & Coaching the staff to fulfill the organizational mission and vision.
Plan sale by department categories, using current trends and statistical techniques.
Create SOP’s for all process.
Leading the store from, 4 million sales with 450 foot falls to 8.5 million with 950 foot falls in a span of 6 months.
A steady increase in the profile margin of minimum 28% from the month after opening
Monitoring the practice of Procurement, Product ordering, Maintaining Product MBQ (Minimum and Maximum Base Quantity) setting performed by supervisor.

Supervise the day to day operations of the stores in coordination with the Store Managers and following up on work Results .
Constantly demonstrating a pro-active approach to driving sales and uses initiatives to increase sales and business improvement through awareness of KPIs’, targets set and analysis of This Year vs. Last Year, ATVs’ and ATUs’
Hold weekly meetings with the Store Managers to review sales performance and ongoing stock needs of the Stores
Track and analyze stock in all stores on a weekly basis

Develop and implement an off season stocking plan for each store using sales figures, shipping related constraints and other factors
