•Implemented the critical care IT system within 5 months, from project initiation to go-live, which was previously unheard of (as detailed by Philips healthcare, like for like implementation). Training staff at all levels; from end users to Chief Executives.
•Coordinated go-live of the application and Philips monitoring equipment, integration and department move from Varsity building to Morgan Stanley; relocation of 24 Cardiac ICU beds and all affiliated hardware; network and clinical.
•Implemented / system managed DocStore, CareVue Legacy and Philips IntelliVue ICU and Anaesthesia systems.
