Checking the survey markings at the beginning of site.
Checking the quality of Concrete and steel which were used right from construction of pile till lift head room.
To make sure that the construction is according to the shop drawings regarding measurements and levels.
Experienced managing the labours and billing
-- Worked as a Quality Control Engineer for,
1) Pre-fabricated, Pre-stressed beam and Pre-stressed hollow core slabs both in manufacturing unit and erection at site.
2) Bored cast in situ pile foundation using Tripod drilling machines and Hydraulic drilling rigs
3) Preliminary tests for Bentonite mud used for pile foundations.
4) Preliminary tests for concrete and its ingredients
-- Worked as a Project Manager with roles involving Planning, Estimation, Presentation to Client, Labour management, Quality control, Safety control, Monitoring the project progress, and Documentation.
-- Conducted Non-destructive tests (Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity, Rebound Hammer, Half-Cell Potential Test and Pile Integrity Test) and prepared reports for concrete structures - residential, commercial and industrial.
Contributed a research paper on "Flexural study on Cold-formed Steel Infilled with Construction Waste - Broken tiles" to 'Sustaonable Innovative Techniques in Civil Architect and Environmental Engineering (SITCAEE) in 2014.
Completed my project thesis on "Design of pedastrian flyover". Attended two internships on "Study of construction procedures of Residential building" and "water Treatment Plant"
