• Identify Training Need Analysis of the subordinates and accordingly suggest them for training programs for skill enhancement.
• Mentoring the subordinates on daily basis at their work place and improve them.
• Prepare daily meeting reports.
• Manage manpower.
• Reporting to General Manager
