• Operation of AFBC, CFBC, WHR Boiler, Operation of Turbine.
• Had done Boiler light up from field.
• Does Turbine rolling from DCS.

• Identify Training Need Analysis of the subordinates and accordingly suggest them for training programs for skill enhancement.
• Mentoring the subordinates on daily basis at their work place and improve them.
• Prepare daily meeting reports.
• Manage manpower.
