Global Procurement, Regional Category Manager for IT Solutions Procurement (based in United Arab Emirates, responsible for Middle East and Africa Region).
Responsibilities:
• Managing the IT Solutions and Systems Integrations category as well as IT HW and Care Services Category for Middle East and Africa which involves responsibility over Global and Regional supplier (of HP, SUN, IBM, F5, Frequentis, Siemens, Barco, EMC, Sagem, Dell, Quanta, Mustek, OKI, etc) through the solution life cycle (sales, project, support, phase-out),
• Ability to develop the procurement category strategy in challenging region, where the category did not yet exist.
• Responsible of category purchase volume on the scale of 15 to 20 Million Euro on yearly basis.
• Savings accomplishment of 15 % on yearly basis of the total spends.
