• Overseeing the day to day operations and maintenance of the facilitated plant operations including staff, contractor, suppliers, vendors, vehicles, waste collections and segregation, equipments and machinery.
• Ensuring the effective and timely preventive and corrective maintenance, servicing and repair of all plant equipments and vehicles, keep records up to date in order to prevent unplanned down time.
• Following with the waste collection team any facility missing from the site, immediately take actions and done services before the customer complain.
• Ensuring all legal documents, certificate and plant operations report keep in up to date.
• Directly interact with the sales team to sale recovery scrap materials; plastics, cardboard, metals, aluminum, rubbers, pipes and glasses, monitoring periodically sales figure.
• Regularly follow up and upgrade route chart for waste collection efficiency with operations team.
• Review manpower and recruit drivers, picker, operations staff and laborers in coordination with HR.
• Organize and giving training for all operational staff, drivers, pickers, laborers and key personnel.
• To coordinate with maintenance team to create preventative maintenance program of all equipments, avoid unnecessary operation delays and minimize monthly unplanned shutdown average.
• Ensuring compliance to all statutory, environmental health & safety’ goals & objectives.
• To perform employee’s orientation, operational training, toll box talk and mass talk for monitoring work progress and guiding internal and external worker for safe operations.
• Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner and flexible in accordance and accountability on performance and procedures to achieve overall objectives of this position.
• Responsible for ensuring all operations are executed in line with priorities set by the management with strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitoring operation work activity those are meeting its goals and to ensure various KPIs are maintained, and compliance with all company policies.
• Preparing and submitting reports are daily operation report (DOR), monthly finance report coordinate with weighbridge, statistical reports are up-to-date and transmitted to all relevant parties.
• Involving in day-to-day troubleshooting, problem analyzing and solving all operation equipments.
• To coordinate with maintenance team to maintain of the equipments to avoid unnecessary delays.
• Complied with and ensure safety procedures permit-to-work and log-out tag-out system, make risk assessments to prevent and protective any incident or accident.
• To arrange purchase request to the management in time to ensure proper lead-time for purchase.
• Coordinating with management to create yearly operation and maintenance budget.
• Ensuring compliance to all statutory, environmental health & safety’ goals & objectives.
• Making shift roster of employees, complete time sheets showing employees arrival and departure times at the end of month. Assist HR department to update employees’ training and performances.
• Active member as a fire warden of ERT team, EHS & BMOS committee member of the company.
• Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner and flexible in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve overall objectives of this position.
• Worked as a Weighbridge Operator in responsible for monitoring the traffic in and out client’s site and completing the correct legal documents for the vehicles.
• Weighing incoming and outgoing materials, completing appropriate documentation and collect drivers’ signatures.
• Record weights and waste type by vehicle, entering stock information into database, liaising with clients and some cash handling.
• Preparation of Daily, Weekly, Monthly incoming raw materials and submit selling material reports to the Sales and logistic Department.
• Assist with general administrative duties and customer service, answering the telephone and directing calls as appropriate. Report any problems related to weigh bridge and it’s computer system.
